Pre-Application / Development Team

meetingKey staff meet every other week to discuss land development proposals and provide advice to project proponents on the various regulations and requirements. These meetings offer land owners and developers the opportunity to discuss site contraints and permitting requirements for potential projects such as: 

Zoning & Land Use Requirements Stormwater Management
Wetlands Health Department Requirements
Public Safety Requirement - fire, security Parking, Site Access

Proponents meet with key land use and public safety staff such as the Building Commissioner, Engineering, Board of Health Agent, Conservation Agent, Town Planner, Community Development, Fire Chief, Highway Superintendent and Police Chief in an informal setting to identify issues and discuss the permitting path for the project if it should go forward. Issues are discussed for the benefit of the property owner / project proponent while providing staff with insight into the concerns of other departments.

MEETING TIMES & APPOINTMENTS

Meetings take place at Webster Town Hall at 10:00 a.m. the third Thursday of each month. Appointments are recommended and are typically scheduled in 15 minute blocks.
