Low-Income
"Low-income" is defined as 50% or less of the area median income and "moderate-income" is defined as 51-80% of the area median income. These income limits are in effect as of December 2018 and change periodically.
Funding
The Webster Housing Rehabilitation Program is funded through a grant from the Commonwealth's Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), Massachusetts CDBG Program and is governed by the regulations set forth by DHCD and the federal government. The Program is administered through the office of Community Development of the Webster Redevelopment Authority. The Webster Board of Selectmen is also a sponsor of this Program.
Eligibility and selection for assistance through this Program is made on a non-discriminatory basis.
