The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is issuing new Flood Insurance Rate Maps for Webster. Good news: there are only two map “panels” that have changed with this mapping assessment. These are panel codes 25027C0980F and 25027C0995F. The changes are very minor and are located in inland forested stream areas. Now is the time for comments on these panels. Comments can be submitted to the Conservation office HERE
Please note that once the comment period closes FEMA will issue the maps as “Final” in 2026, so now is the time to comment.
