The Water/Sewer Department generated the most recent round of bills in early February. We have just learned that a percentage of the bills were not printed and therefore not mailed. If you have not received your water/sewer bill, you can expect it within the next week. Because of the delay in receipt, the due date for all water/sewer bills has been extended to March 27, 2017. The Water/Sewer Departments apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Town of Webster is a medium size community located in central Massachusetts on the Connecticut border. Founded in 1832, it was primarily an industrial center due to its abundant water supply. Textiles and shoe factories flourished in Webster resulting in a population with diverse ethnic backgrounds. By far, the Town's richest asset is the beautiful fresh water, spring fed Lake Chargoggaggoggmanchaugagoggchaubunagungamaugg. Water activities abound such as fishing, waterskiing, swimming, boating and sailing on this magnificent five mile long lake. Webster is 18 miles south of Worcester, 56 miles southwest of Boston, 33 miles northwest of Providence, Rhode Island and 160 miles from New York City.
