In October 2009, the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs offered the opportunity to extend the plan to March 2016 by expanding the five-year plan in Section 9 to a seven-year plan. The new seven year plan is now available here and should replace section 9 in the Plan text above. Changes are marked in Seven Year Action Plan
