6/28 -8/9 = $35    on Racewire
Carole showed on computer projection that all info from 2019 event saved in Racewire- 
just needed updating !

Discussed needing 1 timing mat that will be at start/finish at the metal gates in front of Beach
house.  Timing will be again started by hand by Carole. Transition area will again = b ball court

Relay team tag area = adjacent from B-ball court on the other side of  start/finish line.
Karin sent walk/run course.  Joanne stated that she will reach out to Paul Lango about 
5K course details.  Joe Reed organized the Reconciliation Church walk that she attended a few years ago.
Joanne would like long sleeved technical T-shirts with lake name down the arm.  Carole will price 
these.
Karin would like tanks/tees keep price down but still be different than first year T-shirt and have
Technical wear for year 5.
Karin to reach out to schools in regards to volunteering.  Carole again pointed out that students
do not volunteer during the summer months.
