American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Grant Program

ARPA Application Packet - 09-24-21_2The Town of Webster was awarded funding through the Federal ARPA program, a portion of which is being used to provide financial support to local businesses and non-profit organizations, property owners and those seeking to relocate their business to Webster. Priority will be given to projects that bring about the most benefit to the community as a whole. 

ARPA funds will help stimulate private sector investment based on the eligibility criteria set forth by the ARPA guidelines. The incentives and improvements available through ARPA are not limited to any one area or type of project; however, grant applications must show a connection to COVID-19

ARPA Grant Funds Allocation Committee will consist of the Town Administrator, the Director of Planning & Economic Development, the Community Development Director and two representatives of the Economic Development Committee.
